- Please email jdjewelersco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning within the 14 business days. Once return is approved, return item back to us.
- Any custom piece will be Final Sale including engagement rings and eternity bands.
- Anything Engraved will be Final Sale
- Clearance items will be Final Sale
- Joyeria Deira is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are sent back for returns.
- When we receive your item please allow 15 business days for us process your return with the restocking fee.
